Ziva is a product of Tikketi Technology Services ("Tikketi," "we," "us," "our"), operating from Nigeria. These Terms govern your use of Ziva (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Ziva, you agree to these Terms.
Ziva helps you describe your brand and generate AI-assisted marketing flyers and designs. You create projects, tell Ziva about your brand and what you want, and the Service plans, writes copy for, and generates flyer images for you to download, share, or use.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Ziva. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Anything you upload, brand names, logos, reference photos, descriptions, remains yours. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for making sure it doesn't infringe on someone else's rights or break the law.
Designs generated through Ziva are yours to use for your brand and business purposes. That said, AI generation has real limitations: outputs may not always be accurate, unique, or free of resemblance to existing works, and we can't guarantee a generated design is free of third-party trademark or copyright issues. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before using it publicly or commercially.
Don't use Ziva to generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
Ziva lets you generate a shareable link for a project. Anyone with that link can view and download the flyers in that project, no login required. Turning sharing on makes that content publicly accessible to anyone who has the link; you're responsible for who you share it with. You can turn sharing off at any time.
The Ziva app, branding, and underlying technology belong to Tikketi Technology Services. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the Service as intended.
Ziva relies on infrastructure and AI providers (including Supabase for data storage, AI providers for generation, and Paystack for payments) to operate. Your use of Ziva is also subject to those providers processing data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Ziva and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Ziva is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations every time.
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Tikketi Technology Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ziva. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
