1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tikketi Technology Services ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Ziva.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (securely handled through our authentication provider).
• Brand and project information: brand name, category, colors, style preferences, voice notes, and anything else you tell Ziva about your brand.
• Uploaded content: logos and reference photos you upload.
• Generated content: the flyers, headlines, captions, and calls-to-action Ziva creates for you, and the descriptions you give us to generate them.
• Payment information: which credit pack you purchased and the amount, processed through Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Usage data: credits used, generation history, and basic technical data (like device/browser info) needed to run the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate Ziva: creating your account, generating your designs, processing payments, providing support, and improving the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run Ziva:

• Supabase, for authentication, database, and file storage.
• AI providers, to plan, write, and generate your designs. The descriptions and brand details you provide are sent to these providers to generate your content.
• Paystack, to process payments.
• Anyone you choose to share a project link with, since shared projects are viewable by anyone with the link.

We don't share your information with advertisers or third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process or store data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we work with providers that maintain reasonable security and data protection standards.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete your personal data and content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (for example, payment records for legal or tax purposes).

7. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at zivainbox@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Ziva is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
